Easter in Scotland

Blackie writes:
Some people in Scotland roll hard-boiled eggs down hills at Easter. Most people have Easter egg hunts. My mum makes a special Simnel cake with 11 balls on top. People decorate eggs and I do too. We eat hot cross buns to remind us that Jesus died on the cross. Most people get eggs or chocolate eggs. We send people cards.

Some people do springcleaning for Easter. I like hearing the Easter story. Easter eggs represent the stone that was rolled away from Jesus' tomb.
